beneficiaries who have been selected to provide assistances to self employment
on the new project of CRIDF. We realized that all beneficiaries have been
selected with the agreement of the communities in village level as well as
according to the selecting criteria. Although there were some minor problems
related selecting, they were able to solve discussing within the society. It is
said that some members have offered their opportunity to obtain the assistance
to another members hoping to get second round on their own decisions.
After a proper discussion they came
to a decision to open a common fund for the district committee of women headed
families and use that fund for welfare of the committee members. The committee
took a decision to find solutions for the issues in village level discussing in
the district committee as districts.
